Charity Date Night in Clarendon to Include 20 Arlington Singles
Some of the proceeds from the event hosted by the Arlington Young Democrats benefit Doorways for Women and Families.
If you’re looking for love or just looking to support a good cause, the Arlington Young Democrats are hosting their 12th Annual Charity Date Auction Thursday. Twenty bachelors and bachelorettes will participate at the event from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Clarendon Grill, 1101 N. Highland St. You can read their bios on the Young Democrats website. More profiles will be added to the site this week, said Mike Lewan, communications director for the Young Democrats. Half of the proceeds from the event benefits Doorways for Women and Families, an Arlington-based charity that strives to end homelessness and supports victims of domestic violence.
