For former Democratic National Committee Chairman and Clinton confidant Terry McAuliffe, a second run for governor seems less like a question of “Will he?” and more like one of “When will he announce?” “We’ve got some big races first,” McAuliffe said in an interview Sunday at the opening of President Barack Obama's re-election campaign field office in Arlington.
