Arlington County will host its 44th annual tribute to the life and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. on Sunday. The celebration of King's life will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Washington-Lee High School, 1301. N. Stafford St. A volunteer fair featuring area nonprofits will start things off at 6:30 p.m. The event will feature a keynote address from Lehigh University Director of Africana Studies James Braxton Peterson, a performance by Grammy-nominated progressive hip-hop artist Christylez Bacon, a dance tribute by Urban Artistry and an exhibit on Arlington during the Civil Rights Era.
