Group Helping Wounded Warriors Seeks Volunteers to Gift Wrap

Volunteers are needed from Dec. 7 through Dec. 27 at the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City.

A group that helps wounded warriors is looking for volunteers this holiday season to wrap gifts for customers at the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. “It’s been very helpful in helping us run the programs throughout the year,” said Michelle Humphries, founder and director of Arms Outstretched Ministry, a Stafford-based nonprofit. The group’s annual gift wrapping event, now in its fourth year, helps fund programs for those in the military and their families. The cost for giftwrapping services ranges anywhere from $4 to $10, and guests will often leave additional donations to help the group, Humphries said.
