2012 brought a mix of hyperlocal news and regionally relevant events on both Clarendon-Courthouse-Rosslyn Patch and what is now Arlington Patch throughout the year. Today we countinue rounding up the most-read stories on both sites from throughout 2012. October - Election-related news was temporarily overtaken by a scary incident at Ballston Common Mall. A man, who police later identified as Leon A. Traille, threw a Molotov cocktail into the food court area. Police said Arlington residents were lucky the device did not detonate.
