Winter on the Water and Swedish Christmas Bazaar When/Where: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday stop by the Embassy of Sweden's Christmas Bazaar and then from 4 to 7 p.m. enjoy the ice rink events at the Washington Harbour. Why Go: The grand opening event for the new waterfront ice rink will feature ice skating performances, a St. Lucia presentation and special food and beverages. At 5:15 the Swedish choir will present a St. Lucia procession from the bazaar into the Washington Harbour plaza. Cost: Free to attend. Skating is $9 for adults, $7 for children, seniors and military, and skate rentals are $5. 2.
