Update: Winter Weather Advisory Canceled, May Still See Some Snow

The Clarendon, Courthouse, Rosslyn areas (22201, 22209) weather forecast.

Updated 3 p.m. The National Weather Service has discontinued the winter weather advisory for Arlington and much of the DC region. However, we may still see under an inch of snowfall this evening, according to the weather service. Previous Story: The National Weather Service said Thursday morning that Arlington County and the region can expect 1 to 3 inches of snow today, down from the 5 inches or so predicted last night. The weather service also issued a winter weather advisory in effect from 3 p.m. today through 11 this evening. Snow will mix with rain this morning, then we should see periods of snowfall in the late afternoon and evening, according to the service.
