Year Up provides urban youths between the ages of 18 and 24 professional training, college credits and a corporate internship. Students complete this intensive training program in one year, then often advance to full-time employment or a college education. Year Up's "National Capital Region" program partners with organizations such as Sodexho, The Washington Post, Radio One and T Rowe Price to provide internships for its students.
