Making a trip to see a dentist may not be your idea of a good time. I mean who in their right mind wants to visit the dentist? However, these guys do their best to have a pleasing environment and friendly staff to take the edge off. Unfortunately, I have to have a good bit of dental work. I feel good to knowing my teeth are in Dr D and teams hands. It's the best case scenario for a trip to the dentist

Virginia Dental Center has great customer service and really goes above and beyond. I was in an accident and had to have 4 crowns put on my teeth. They helped me deal with the insurance company to get it all covered. Dr. Gialanella and his staff made me feel comfortable about the procedure and also saved a tooth I probably should have lost. I highly recommend going here!

Had a great visit. Staff greeted me quickly. Seen by doctor promptly. The dentist took his time and showed that he actually cared about my conditions and follow-up care. Some doctors want you in and out just for the money, but here, the people actually care and want you to come back. I would definitely recommend this place. I don't hate dental visits anymore!

I came to this location because of a job change and a consequent dental insurance change. After very careful and long research, I was thrilled to find this office with such great reviews to be in the network of my Principal insurance. I so far had two cleanings, two crowns, one referral to an endodontist and referals to two implants performed at this office. The office looks extremely clean and updated, the customer service is great, there is a free garage parking, they use ipads instead of a dreadful paperwork for your first visit and they play awesome music all the time. All of the mentioned details, of course, are just a great addition to a great dental services that you get in Virginia Center for Cosmetic and General Dentistry. Dr. Matt Gialanella and his stuff are great and look for your long-term dental health and benefits rather than schedulling another dental work. They helped me to make an important but difficult decision about dental implants instead of installing a bridge and trying to replace another crown. Kim, payment coordinator, is very patient and understanding and helped tremendously in explaining all possible tiny details even over the phone. My previous dental office was Neubauer Dental Care in Herndon and this is like a 3-star upgrade from that.
