Saffron Dance is located on Wilson Boulevard, just a couple of blocks from the Clarendon metro station. The studio teaches belly dancing in an easy-to-learn manner and can help complete beginners as well as advanced dancers.

The studio's belly dance style was started by Saphira, who has been teaching dance for more than 20 years. She believes that belly dancing has many benefits -- from maintaining fitness and building self-esteem to stress relaxation and just having fun. Classes are held daily.

There are two other Saffron Dance locations -- one in Arlington and the other in Falls Church.
