If I could give this cleaner zero stars I would. I went to put on a shirt that was cleaned at this place, and it was destroyed. One of the buttons for the button-down collar was gone, and below the other collar point was a series of stitch marks, with a patch on the inside of the shirt. It was obvious that they tore the shirt, and attempted to fix it, but did they think nobody would notice? There was no way to miss it; it was right in the front of the shirt! I brought the shirt in this morning, and the woman (must be the owner, since she's there all the time), basically called me a liar. She told me that she's been farming her work out to the same person for ten years, and this person would've told her if they wrecked a garment. Yeah sure. This woman more or less accused me of trying to get her to pay me for a shirt that she thinks *I* wrecked.
As far as I'm concerned this woman is a stupid business person. Rather than giving me twenty dollars (or whatever amount) toward a new shirt, to make me happy and keep me as a client, she's now lost WAY more than that in future income from me, plus I'll use the 'power of the internet' to warn the world to stay away from this place. Save your clothes; go somewhere else!

Awesome dry cleaner... was going there for years when I worked in Rosslyn... tried to switch when I started a new job which is work from home in DC but ended up going back. Why out of my way and across a bridge for dry cleaning? Because the service has always been outstanding...drop off by 10 and your stuff is ready by 4... the same day and its never been late over the years. They have also never lost anything nor have they every ruined a garment. Great business
