Harlem Globetrotters To Appear in Rosslyn Wednesday

Two team members will make their way over the Key Bridge.

Two players from the Harlem Globetrotters will be dribbling across the Key Bridge Wednesday as part of “Globetrotter Week” in DC.

They’ll start at 1:30 p.m. at the Key Bridge Marriott Hotel and walk across the Key Bridge, making their way to Holy Trinity School. The school is hosting a pep rally with the Globetrotters in attendance, according to a press release from the team.

The Globetrotters will talk to the students about the their “ABCs of Bullying Prevention” program, which was developed with the help of the National Campaign to Stop Violence.

Two players, Mighty Mitchell and Flight Time Lang will participate. Mighty Mitchell is the team’s 11th female player in 87 years.
