Bike to Work Day is Friday

Arlington has several "pit stops" for those who want to bike to work Friday. Friday's weather should cooperate, too.

National Bike Week culminates Friday with National Bike to Work Day.

Fortunately for bikers, the weather should be just a little on the warm side of perfect—Thursday night temperatures be in the low 60s, high temperatures Friday around 80 degrees. Forecasters also predict partly cloudy skies and just a 10 percent chance of rain.

Online registration is still open for Friday's events in the DC area, and Arlington County has several pit stops to choose from.
