About the Wellness Transformation Series
The Transformation Series workshops will teach you ways to incorporate simple ideas that will help you lose unwanted pounds, increase strength and energy, and improve overall health. We will discuss the myths, and the relevance of dietary choices. We will discuss all types of diets from detox to vegan-ism to Atkins. Should I take C, magnesium and/or Vitamin D? All of these questions and more be reviewed and answered.  It's not about radical change or fad diets.  It's about developing habits and choices that allow you to live truly healthy, happy and well.
