Yard Debris? 'Leaf' it to Arlington County

Everything you need to know to take advantage of the county's leaf collection service.

Thanksgiving weekend: Not only is it a time to be with your family and friends, eat turkey and go shopping, but it's a few extra days off from work. And that sometimes means time to do household chores -- like cleaning up the yard.

Last year, Arlington County collected 45,000 cubic yards of leaves to turn into mulch. The mulch is made available to residents for free and, if requested, will be delivered to your home.

The county posted the video above on how to best take advantage of its leaf collection program, now well under way.
