Police: Man Exposes Himself to Woman at Arlington Central Library

A man was charged with indecent exposure.

A 67-year-old man is accused of exposing himself to a woman inside the Arlington Central Library, according to police reports.

Patrick Robert Rooney, of no fixed address, was charged with indecent exposure, according to police. He was held with no bond.

Police report that the incident took place at 5:30 p.m. on March 14 on the 1000 block of North Quincy Street.
