Police: Man Charged with Indecent Exposure in Shirlington

Spokesman: Victim identified attacker to police.

Billy Lollar, 28, of Arlington, has been charged with indecent exposure after an incident in Shirlington this week.

Shortly before 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, a woman leaving a parking garage in the 3000 block of South Randolph Street saw the man exposing himself to her, according to police.

Lollar was about 15 to 20 feet away from her, police spokesman Dustin Sternbeck said. It isn't clear if the two know each other or had a prior relationship, he said.

The woman entered an adjacent parking garage, called police and waited for officers to arrive. She identified Lollar to the officers, Sternbeck said.

Lollar was released Wednesday after posting a $2,000 bond, according to the Arlington County Sheriff's Office.
