Arlington Man, 21, Charged with Indecent Exposure

A 21-year-old man is accused of exposing himself to a woman near an apartment building.
Kendrick Webb Raphale, of Arlington, has been charged with indecent exposure. He was held on a $3,000 secured bond.
Webb Raphale exposed himself to the woman at 1 p.m. Monday in the 1000 block of South Frederick Street and followed her until she entered a 7-Eleven store, according to police.
