Police: Man, 19, Strikes Victim with Bottle
Michael Pelham, of Arlington, was charged in the incident.
A19-year-old man struck another man in the head with a bottle during a weekend altercation, according to the Arlington County Police Department.
Michael Pelham, of Arlington, was charged with malicious wounding and destruction of property. He was held without bail.
The fight happened at about 3:45 p.m. Sunday in the 2800 block of North Glebe Road. Police said the victim had to be taken to a local hospital, where he received stitches for his injury.
