5TH ANNUAL MOVE ME FESTIVAL – FREE

Bowen McCauley Dance (BMD) presents the 5th Annual Move Me Festival on Saturday, April 26, 2014 from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Kenmore Middle School in Arlington, VA with the support of The JBG Companies and honorary hosts Senator Barbara Favola and Delegate Patrick Hope.

Anticipating nearly 1,000 attendees, Move Me is a FREE family-friendly celebration of the arts and culture, promoting healthy lifestyles through movement and the arts, and featuring performances and artistic activities by local arts partners. The festival focuses on the need to “Get Active, Get Creative, Get Involved.”

The festival culminates with an energetic performance by Arlington’s own Bowen McCauley Dance with special performances by the students in BMD’s Dance for PD program for people with Parkinson Disease, BMD’s Kenmore Junior Company and the students from Marshall Road Elementary School.
