Sun Gazette: Arlington GOP Chairman Berg Steps Down
County party will elect new chairman in August.
Arlington County Republican Committee Chairman Chris Berg is stepping down after 18 months at his post, the Sun Gazette reports.
Berg said his increasing professional responsibilities kept him from dedicating the necessary time to the county party, according to the Gazette.
The committee meets Aug. 17 to elect a new chairman.
