The blender, slicer, and the yellow cutting board is not clean to sight and touch.

After being cleaned, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils are not sanitized in a chemical manual or mechanical operations, using a proper solution.
 
McDonald's of Rosslyn
1823 N. Moore St.
Date of inspection: Nov. 1
Sliced tomatoes were held at 51 degrees. Potentially hazardous food are supposed to be maintained at 41 degrees or less.
