The pizza oven conveyor used with potentially hazardous food is not cleaned throughout the day at least every four hours. The entire floor needs cleaning especially under the equipment corners and the WIC floor.
 
Silver Diner
3200 Wilson Blvd.
Date of inspection: Dec. 5
The tomato slicer and vegetable dicer were not clean to sight and touch.
