What They Earn: Arlington County Salary Database — This week, your Arlington County Patch sites received and published data on what all Arlington County full-time and part-time employees earn. Alexandria: Major construction is beginning at the Exchange at Potomac Yard. Of course, those construction noises may actually be drowned out by something louder—the return of the 17-year cicadas, expected in May.
In other construction news, Landmark Mall part-owner Howard Hughes Corp. is proposing demolishing the entire middle section of the mall (everything except Sears and Macy’s) and redeveloping the area.
Falls Church: In other development news, the Falls Church City Council is moving forward with plans for a new Harris Teeter in the area.
