When/Where: The tour begins at 10 a.m. Sunday at Dumbarton House on the corner of Q and 27th streets in northwest Washington.

Why Go: It's the final outdoor show of this summer's election-themed movie season. John Candy, Rhea Pearlman, Jim Belushi and Alan Alda star in a movie about a president who gets talked in to starting a cold war with Canada to boost his opinion poll ratings.
