Public transportation

There are several ways to take advantage of public transportation. The fair’s $1 shuttle service picks up at the Ballston Metro station, the ART 41 bus picks up at the Clarendon and Courthouse Metro stations and the 10B Metrobus picks up at the Shirlington bus station and the Ballston Metro station, as does the 23A/C Metrobus. Biking

County fair attendees are highly encouraged to cycle to the event, but are advised to walk their bikes when navigating the fair’s large crowds. Bike racks are located across the fairgrounds and BikeArlington is offering free prizes to safety-conscious cyclists who show their helmets to a representative at the BikeArlington tent.
