AP: Blackwater, now Xe Services, Moving Corporate HQ to Arlington
Private security firm will retain training campus in Moyock, N.C.
Xe Services, the private security firm once known as Blackwater, is moving about 20 people from its Moyock, N.C., campus to a new corporate headquarters in Arlington, the Associated Press reports.
The move is designed to help the company -- which, as Blackwater, drew criticism for killing 17 people in Baghdad in 2007 -- build relationships in and around Washington, the AP reports.
Xe Services will keep its North Carolina training facility active.
