Get into the holiday spirit for a day of special events and activities inspired by the classic New York Sun editorial “Is There a Santa Claus?”

Featured Activities will include:
· Hearing a reading of the heartwarming Sun editorial, read by Autria Godfrey from ABC7/WJLA-TV — with a special appearance by Santa Claus!
· Learning how kids in 1897 sent their letters to Santa and try telegraphing your own messages to the North Pole.
· Making your own snow globe, recycling old newspapers into beautiful holiday wreaths which you can donate to wounded soldiers at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
· Breaking news! Record a Santa sighting at our “Be a TV Reporter” experience.

Free admission for every child who brings a new, unwrapped toy to donate to Toys for Tots.
