Readers' Choice: Best Beer Selection in Clarendon, Round 2

Help narrow the list to determine who has the best brews.

It's fitting that a Readers' Choice contest about beer would deserve another round or two.

So, we're again asking you to tell us who has the best beer selection in Clarendon — this time, among three different contenders.

. In a few weeks, we'll have a third round, and then put the three winners up against one another.

Once again, this week's establishments happen to be within walking distance from each other – and the Clarendon Metro. If you're having a hard time making a decision, we've made it easy for you to take a night, hop over to all three and end up close to the train for a safe ride home.

By all means, if your favorite isn't included, feel free to add it in the comments section below and help determine who is in Round 3. And don't stop at our poll: Give your vote weight by adding a rating and review on Patch Places.

Voting in the poll below is open until 9 a.m. Friday.

Because this poll is not scientific, it's not the only consideration in choosing a winner. Each Patch editor will determine winners based on poll results and ratings and reviews on Patch Places. Please vote only once per survey, per Patch. Comments, ratings and reviews are weighted when we determine a winner.

Be sure to check out nearby Patches in , Ballston-Virginia Square, Falls Church and Del Ray, which are hosting their own Readers' Choice contests.

Also: We've extended the voting in last week's contest to determine who has the best tax preparation services in Clarendon, Courthouse or Rosslyn. Haven't voted? .

And don't forget to like Clarendon Patch on Facebook to get regular updates on how the contest is playing out!

I see that Lyon Hall is directing folks here, so I feel okay pointing out that Lyon Hall does a great job of offering good beer, but they can't touch Galaxy Hut's depth and breadth. Liberty doesn't even figure in.

There's no question that Lyon Hall has an impressive selection, but when I want a good beer my first stop is always Galaxy Hut.

Agreed- Galaxy Hut

Sorry Blacknell, but I wouldn't exactly say that 20 draughts of all American craft + maybe 8 interesting bottles/cans constitutes "depth and breadth".
