Readers' Choice: Best Beer Selection in Clarendon, Round 1

Narrowing our focus to start picking the places that are home to the best brews.

So many beers, so little time.

In this week's Readers' Choice contest, we're asking you to tell us who has the best beer selection in Clarendon. For your convenience, we've narrowed the list down to three contenders...

  • (formerly Harry's Tap Room)

...all within walking distance from each other – and the Clarendon Metro. If you're having a hard time making a decision, we've made it easy for you to take a night, hop over to all three and end up close to the train for a safe ride home.

By all means, if your favorite isn't included, feel free to add it in the comments section below. And don't stop at our poll: Give your vote weight by adding a rating and review on Patch Places.

Voting in the poll below is open until 9 a.m. Friday.

Because this poll is not scientific, it's not the only consideration in choosing a winner. Each Patch editor will determine winners based on poll results and ratings and reviews on Patch Places. Please vote only once per survey, per Patch. Comments, ratings and reviews are weighted when we determine a winner.

Be sure to check out nearby Patches in Georgetown, Ballston-Virginia Square, Falls Church and Del Ray, which are hosting their own Readers' Choice contests.

And don't forget to like Clarendon Patch on Facebook to get regular updates on how the contest is playing out!

Galaxy Hut, Iota, Liberty Tavern, Lyon Hall, and Whole Foods all have better selections than any of the listed places.

We'll have to do a second (and possible third) round featuring those places!

Judging by the number of "somewhere else" votes, I'm thinking we'll hold a second and third round, and then do one final Readers' Choice contest against the three winners.
