Potomac River Running will open a new location in Ballston in early February.
“We wanted more visibility for our store,” said Keira D’Amato, director of marketing for the company. “The new location is closer to the trails. We wanted to make it as convenient as possible for everyone.”
Their new store will open at 4501 North Fairfax Drive, replacing their store at 3924 Wilson Boulevard. The new store will offer the same services and products as their old location, including Tuesday and Thursday night free group runs, D’Amato said.
The store will host a grand opening event, but details on the events are not finalized yet.
