Why Go: According to the event listing, "It’s not too cold outside to enjoy nature and the outdoors! Join the Arlington Children and Nature Network and take part in some great activities to learn about nature and how to enjoy our urban environment, even in winter! The event will feature a kid-friendly Walkabout of the Ballston neighborhood led by WalkArlington (start time 11:00 a.m.).  Other activities will include crafts, exhibits, and refreshments including hot beverages courtesy of Chick-fil-A."

Why Go: "Washington Wine Academy presents pre-movie 'Wine Night at the Movies' every Friday night at the Arlington Cinema N Drafthouse. A guided, interactive wine-tasting features 8 or more wines from around the world." This week, the cinema will feature "The Muppets."
