Business Journal: New Mediterranean Restaurant, Sandwich Bar Coming to Rosslyn

Monday Properties also negotiating with at least two more restaurants.

Monday Properties is bringing two new restaurants to Rosslyn: Roti Mediterranean Grill, at 1501 Wilson Blvd., and Ahra Cafe & Sandwich Bar at 1100 Wilson Blvd., the Washington Business Journal reports.

Roti will occupy a chunk of space on the corner of Wilson and Oak Street that formerly housed the Oak Street Cafe. Monday Properties is negotiating with at least two restaurants to fill the roughly 12,000 square feet remaining, according to the Journal.

The site of the sandwich bar has been subject to long-range reconfiguring: a coffee shop, newsstand and jewelry store are gone; CVS, Ahra Cafe & Sandwich Bar and a pizza restaurant will fill out the new space, the Journal reports.
