Get Out: Film Festivals, Father's Day Concert and More

Why Go: This month's concert features the Morrison Brothers Band, who offer a blend of southern rock, country, and pop. Food and activities for the whole family include ice cream, the Ball or Nothing meatball truck, make your own Father’s Day caps and cards, t-shirt decorating, rubber duckies in water, and a father-child dance.

When/Where: The race route is along the C&O Canal. It begins and ends at Potomac and Grace Streets, NW. Join in the fun Sunday evening beginning at 6:30.

When/Where: The film will be shown at the park at dusk.

Why Go: John Travolta, Kathy Bates, Emma Thompson and Billy Bob Thornton round out the cast for "Primary Colors," a movie about the presidential campaign of a smooth-talking candidate.
