After spending a year and a half in central Italy, Suzanne Carreiro wrote "The Dog Who Ate the Truffle." The book is an examination of the cuisine of the Umbria region of Italy and its 2,000 year history of cooking. Carreiro will speak in the Central Library Auditorium.
