It's only Thursday, but we're already in a Saturday state of mind.

Tut, tut - looks like rain this weekend, but here's to hoping for sunny skies.

We've listed a healthy mix of indoor and outdoor activities to keep you occupied on your two days off.

Where/When: Maddy's Bar and Grill, 1726 Connecticut Ave., NW, Washington. Friday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Why Go: According to the event listing, "Maddy's Bar & Grille will donate 100% of the day's profits to benefit breast cancer research at the Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center." Enjoy a meal out on the town and support a good cause, too!

Where/When: , 1819 35th St., NW, Washington. Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Why Go: We've been featuring a lot of local farmers' markets in the area lately (Arlington, Dupont) and that's because we're so darn excited it's spring again and fresh fruits and veggies are popping up all around us. We wanted to make sure all you upper-Georgetowners knew about this one, too.

Pricing: Vendor prices vary.

Where/When: , 1911 Fort Myer Dr, Arlington. Friday, 8 p.m.

Why Go: This Friday will mark the third week in this summer-long film festival. The movie that will be shown this week (they all will feature Saturday Night Live actors and actresses) is "When Harry Met Sally," a classic! Be sure to pack a blanket and snacks.

Pricing: Free to attend.

4. Comedian Andrew Dice Clay at the Arlington Cinema and Draftouse

Where/When: 2903 Columbia Pike, Arlington. Friday and Saturday, shows start at 7:30 p.m. and 9:55 p.m. on both nights.

Why Go: Andrew Dice Clay is America's most controversial comic. (Did you know he was banned for life from MTV?) He's also the new co-star of HBO's "Entourage." If you're in the mood for a good laugh - and don't squirm at off-color jokes - be sure to check out one of his four show's in Arlington this weekend.

Pricing: Tickets are $40.

Where/When: Arlington Art Center, 3550 Wilson Blvd., Arlington.  Saturday, 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Why Go: According to the event listing, "Watch familiar DC trend setters and opinion makers battle it out in a live art competition using art supplies from childhood - you get to play critic by voting for the champion. The night will feature amazing contemporary art, an exciting silent auction, designer cocktails and open bar, delicious catering, and sexy tunes."

Pricing: Tickets are $50.

So we usually stop with five weekend events, but if you're feeling really adventurous this week - like, adventurous enough to hike a mountain - you've got to check out . It is hilarious. We promise her humor will have you laughing at your office desk through 5 p.m. on Friday.
