Mussel Bar & Grille Opens Today, Arlington County Fair Under Way, Talking Pot at Bailey's and More

Talking Pot at Bailey's: Bailey's Pub & Grill at Ballston Common Mall is hosting this month's meeting of the Northern Virginia chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws. The featured speaker is state Del. Rob Krupicka, a Democrat who represents Alexandria and Arlington in the General Assembly. Socializing starts at 7:30 p.m., program starts at 8.

Rock Out: ...with indie rock, punk rock, dreamy shoe gazers and other up-and-coming bands at the long-running and free Fort Reno Park concerts. The series wraps up for the summer on Thursday from 7 to 9:30 p.m. The park is located at Chesapeake Street and Nebraska Avenue in Northwest DC.
