Ha Ha at Ri Ra: Wednesday is comedy night at Ri-Ra restaurant, 2915 Wilson Blvd. Laugh in the back room while enjoying half-price burgers and $3 Stellas. Showroom opens at 7 p.m.

Immigration and Entrepreneurship: The summer Venture Camp series continues at George Mason University's Arlington campus. Tonight's discussion centers on immigration and entrepreneurship, and how changes to the former can affect the latter — either immigrants as entrepreneurs, or entrepreneurs looking to the immigration population to hire the best qualified individual. Jonathan Aberman, managing director of Amplifier Ventures, moderates. The event starts at 6 p.m.
