Washington Man Accused of Sexual Battery at Whole Foods
Police: Once in custody, man 'repeatedly' masturbated in interview room. The following arrest information was supplied by the Arlington County police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Arlington County police say a 24-year-old Washington man sexually assaulted a female shopper in the Whole Foods Market in Clarendon this weekend.
Frank Alex Bouknight has been arrested and charged with sexual battery, according to information police released this week.
Bouknight is accused of putting his hand between a woman's legs and touching her genitalia when she bent down to get a bottle of wine shortly before 2 p.m. Sunday, police reported.
"She was startled and turned around. And he was laughing," police spokesman Dustin Sternbeck said.
The woman reported the incident to a manager, who followed the man outside and saw him get on a bus, Sternbeck said. He called police.
Officers found the man about four hours later sleeping on a park bench in front of the nearby Barnes & Noble, Sternbeck said.
Bouknight was taken into custody without incident. Several pornographic magazines were found in his possession, according to police.
Later, in the police interview room, Bouknight "was witnessed numerous times and repeatedly masturbating," Sternbeck said.
Bouknight faces the single sexual battery charge at this time, he said.

Hey, ah, that may be grounds for the guy to walk, so how about just locking him up, and get him in front of a judge, and he needs to be shipped to penitentary for 10 years, Fair enough

Arlington police need to get a better handle on vagrant's who are in Ballston, Virginia Square, Clarendon, Rosslyn, even Court House where they have their offices.
They drink alcohol in the parks, and terrorize wealthy people, that's why they come over here, a short metro ride from D.C. i take it.
