Two Rosslyn Ray's Hell Burger locations have permanantely closed.
As Patch reported last month, the Ray's Hell Burger location at 1725 Wilson Blvd. and the Ray’s Hell Burger Too at 1713 Wilson Blvd. had been closed for business in early January due to a landlord-tenant dispute.
The restaurant’s space is now up for lease, the Washingtonian reported yesterday.
The local chain still has several other locations in Arlington, including one right across the street called Ray's the Third.

Ray's the Third just across from the original location on Wilson is a nicer, more comfortable place to order and eat. Half of it is counter service and find a table like the original, the other half has table service with waiters. Allows you to choose-nice. We won't miss the location that closed all that much.
