Police Release Video from Robbery, Ask for Help

Two armed men got away with about $37,600 last week.

The Arlington County Police Department today released surveillance video taken from inside a check-cashing business on Columbia Pike during an armed robbery that happened last week.

Two armed men approached a clerk Wednesday morning as she was entering the store and threatened her with a gun and a knife. The attackers left the business, in the 4700 block of Columbia Pike, with about $37,600.

The suspects are men between 5 feet, 8 inches and 5 feet, 10 inches tall with medium builds.
