Police Make More Prostitution Arrests at Columbia Pike Hotel

Spokesman: Women post actual photos, phone numbers and locations online to entice clients.

The Arlington County Police Department made four more prostitution and related arrests Thursday night at a hotel in the 3000 block of South Columbia Pike.

Evelin Borrayo Gonzalez, 30, and Estefany Gabriela Perez Sandoval, 25, both of Alexandria, have been charged with prostitution, according to police. Gonzalez also was charged with maintaining a bawdy place. They each posted a $1,000 secured bond and were released.

Kalieb Petros, 55, of Alexandria, and Rami Altuwayjiri, 23, of Kent, Ohio, were charged with soliciting a prostitute. They were released on summonses only, according to the Arlington County Sheriff's Office.

Police on March 16. Four johns were arrested in the last incident, police spokesman Dustin Sternbeck said.

"These prostitutes are advertising online. We go on there and monitor. We look at the stuff they post," he said. "They're going to post actual phone numbers, photos and locations of where they're going to be. So, we're going to go down and check it out."

Gonzalez received the additional charge because the hotel room was in her name, Sternbeck said.

He would not confirm the name of the hotel. Sternbeck did say hotel staff have been cooperating with investigators to resolve the matter. 

"They're more than willing to assist us in any way, shape or form," he said.
