Gathering to celebrate the Easter holiday at Arlington National Cemetery, people of all ages braved the chilly weather and enjoyed a lovely Easter morning service with live music by the U.S. Army Band.

The sunrise service was hosted by the U.S. Army Military District of Washington command chaplain at the cemetery's Memorial Amphitheater.

The non-denominational worship service and Easter sermon was delivered by Gen. Charles "Ray" Bailey, U.S. Army deputy chief of chaplains.

Beautiful images. I admire anyone committed enough to get up for a sunrise anything, really. Maybe next year... Great work Caitlin!
