The Arlington County Police Department is seeking witnesses to a July 1 fatality in which 35-year-old Edgar Francisco Aguilar was struck by a vehicle traveling westbound on Columbia Pike at the Four Mile Run Drive intersection.

Police distributed the video above to media outlets, stating, "The release of the video is solely to solicit additional information from witnesses and not to identify a suspect. The driver of the striking vehicle remained on scene, however, police hope witnesses on scene or those individuals in the area at the time of the incident will assist in the reconstruction of the event."
