Police: Suspect found at nearby apartment complex

The Arlington County Police Department charged a 31-year-old man with peeping in the Lyon Park community this weekend.

A woman told police that around 12:20 a.m. Saturday she heard a noise outside of her living room window.

She looked and saw a man later identified as Khosbagana watching her, police spokesman Dustin Sternbeck said. The woman told her boyfriend what she saw and they called police.

Officers arrived at the complex in the 900 block of North Barton Street and found the man behind an adjacent complex.

Khosbagana was wearing the same clothes the woman described and matched the description she gave them, Sternbeck said.

Also, his zipper was down, Sternbeck said.

"He told the police that this was the first time he had done anything like that," Sternbeck said.

Khosbagana has been released into a pre-trial program, according to the Arlington County Sheriff's Office.
